Friendly helpful staff

A local bus timetable would have been helpful, though these are hard to find anywhere in Hervey Bay. Not every visitor has a car, and the Bay is certainly "Wide".

This place is located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. The staff, especially the male manager, are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. There is also a balcony with a lovely view of green yards. The swimming pool is clean and shaded, perfect for a relaxing swim. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a great bonus. I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Cleanliness

Paying $10 a day wifi, should be free. Lean with extras eg: cleaning cloths cut into pieces, hardly enough to wash dishes with, garden view? eg other peoples back yards, no privacy no net curtains

Position nice and quite. Owners were very helpful had a few problems they fixed them straight away.

It didn't have a stove which I thought was weird since it had a kitchen

Great value for money, only a short stroll away from lots of cafes and shops as well as the beautiful beach. The apartment was clean and modern, with everything you need for a self-catering stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us some fantastic tips on the best places to eat and explore, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the walls were a little thin, so we could hear our neighbors when they talked or moved around. However, this was a minor issue and didn't detract from our overall positive experience.

My stay at Arlia Sands was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, providing ample space for relaxation. The facilities were in good condition and met all my needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to enjoy my time without any interruptions. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Was a handy location, only a block from the main cafe strip and the pool was great to relax in after a big day.

The room smelt like strong Indian spices and was a bit much after 3 days. Bedrooms weren't airconditioned and the beds were wonky because they had broken rollers. We were in the older units though so maybe the newer ones were better.
